Choose Your Room & Layout
Having the right space to host your event is so important. Not only do you need to consider which room will fit your head count, but you need to think about which one will best facilitate the specific requirements and give the best energy for your event.
Once you chose your desired room, you can then chose the layout. From theatre style with just chairs to banquet style with tables and cloths, you can create the ideal environment for your guests. We can even do bespoke layouts to help you bring to life the exact vision you have in mind – just ask us!
Choose Your Packages
AV – If you need a basic AV package to help deliver your larger scale presentations, we can provide you with access to our state of the art audio-visual & lighting systems along with a dedicated technician to run your event from start to finish. You’ll be able to send over any event schedules, music playlists and presentation materials to your tech and they will work with you to ensure your technologically choreographed event runs smoothly.
Catering & Refreshments – We provide hot drinks and options for hot and cold food. This allows participants to enjoy a comfortable and hassle-free experience during their event. Whether it’s a quick coffee break or a full lunch, attendees can source a variety of food options to suit their preferences.
Add the extra flourishes
Our dedicated staff are available to assist with any extra technical needs or additional services required during your event. From setting up equipment to providing extra catering options, we strive to ensure that every detail is taken care of, so that you can focus on your making your next event a huge success.
Final Tweaks
As you continue to plan out your event, you might realise you need to add something else, or perhaps there’s a last minute change in event schedule. Our team are reliable and adaptable, so as long as we are made aware of these alterations, we are more than happy to facilitate and tweaks you have.
