Your personal information is held by Ridgeway Centre Conferencing as the Information Data Controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act, with Donna Elliott appointed as Data Protection Officer.

 

About us 

We believe The Ridgeway Centre’s facilities and service offering are unique, not only for delivering an excellent experience to delegates and visitors but also for using profits to support the charitable efforts of New Life Church Milton Keynes (the building’s owner). Together these charities work locally and internationally helping to build healthy societies and alleviating need.

 

This means that when you book an event with us, you are also helping those in need. For example, we support and provide a venue for the Milton Keynes Winter Night Shelter. Youth and children are a key priority, Ridgeway Centre Conferencing supports and provides a venue for The Edge Youth Group and Ignite Fridays, both of which offer quality activities and support to the local community and families. We also offer free speaking English classes, and are a partner in the Milton Keynes Foodbank.

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the services you have requested from us.

We may share this information with our Marketing Agency so that they can contact you by post or email with details of offers or extra services that we provide. Your information will not be used on our website without your consent, and will not be disclosed to another organisation without your consent.

 

Your rights You can withdraw your consent at any time, and you have the right to ask to see copies of any personal information held by Ridgeway Centre Conferencing, and to ask for the details to be updated, changed, or deleted. If you cease involvement with Ridgeway Centre Conferencing your personal details will be deleted after an appropriate period as soon as practicable.
