Conferences

For large scale conferences, our quintessential, purpose- built auditorium, has seating for 580 in a theatre style. This makes us one of the largest conference centres in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, with a flexible and creative space. Alternatively, please view our Shaftesbury and Wilberforce suites, for a smaller, more intimate conference venue.

Exhibitions

The Ridgeway Centre Milton Keynes is an unbeatable venue for smaller and start-up exhibitions, with state-of-the-art facilities to not only make your exhibitions run smoothly, but will also impress your exhibitors and your guests.

Our Process

You can rest assured that from the first contact until the end of your event, we will work with you throughout to ensure it comes to life exactly as you envision.

1. Enquire with us

Either call us or submit your enquiry online with the dates, event type and any other details you have to hand. One of our dedicated staff will be in touch within 24 hours.

2. Design your event

When we reach out and confirm availability, we’ll work with you to refine details, discuss how we can facilitate your requirements and build a bespoke event.

3. Final Confirmation & Deposit

We’ll send over the final quote and some confirmation forms, then a non-refundable 25% deposit will need to be paid to secure the date.

4. Final Payment & Event Set-up

The full invoice will need to be paid 30 days before your event. Then, all that’s left is for us to arrange the set-up day and for the event schedule to be confirmed.
